Years of Awesome Recognition Wall

We’ve completed our Employee Recognition display just in time for our fearless leader to ceremoniously add his nameplate to the 20 Years of Awesome panel. Thank you to everyone who helped create this colorful wall feature to highlight our team members’ years doing awesome work at Creative Sign!

Changeable Nameplates:

We’ve chosen rose gold brackets applied to each back panel, so that we can add and move the laser etched black and white nameplates easily as our team members reach each milestone.

Milestones by Color:

We gave each employee who hit the 5 or 10 year milestone a t-shirt at our 20th Celebration on July 14th, and Todd got his 20 year milestone t-shirt. The tee’s color coordinates with the wall display’s flat cut letters and wedge back panels.

Position: Install & Service Technician

“Jacob is a dedicated and reliable Installer. He solves problems as they arise or seeks advice from his coworkers. Obtaining his CDL and being lead on his truck is a huge accomplishment! He’s willing to come in early or stay late as needed to maintain the install schedule.”

“Since taking over as a lead installer, Jacob has gone above and beyond the call of duty in many ways. He takes a lot of pride in his work and is an absolute asset on the road crew.”

Jacob joined Creative Sign in 2019 as a Sign Painter, but in 2021 he transferred to the Install Team, where he really found his stride. In 2022 he obtained his CDL and became a lead installer.

Rockstar of the Quarter: Alec Slempkes

Alec joined Creative Sign in 2021 as a Graphics Technician, quickly becoming a go-to employee for higher profile interior install projects of graphics and ADA signage. In 2022 he became head printer on our flatbed. Since taking on his new role he has explored what’s possible with direct print ADA, raised textures, and so much more!

Rockstar of the Quarter: Kelsy Hayes

Kelsy joined our Creative Sign team as a Sign Consultant in 2019, more than doubling her yearly sales from 2019 to 2021. Now a Senior Sign Consultant, Kelsy has just celebrated her second year as part of Creative Sign’s Million Dollar Club.

In addition to her Creative Sign accomplishments, Kelsy has become a Rockstar of the Sign Industry. She was one of 35 people chosen (worldwide) to be a part of the International Sign Association Young Professionals Class of 2016, is the leader of the WSA Young Professionals, on the WSA Board of Directors, a part of multiple networking groups, Ambassador for the Oshkosh Chamber, and was nominated for a 2022 Women in Signs Award!
