Tracy joined the Creative Sign team almost 10 years ago, quickly gaining the respect of her teammates for her reliability, ability to balance many customers and projects expertly, and her vision of an ever-improving Creative Sign.

To date Tracy has earned two Rockstar of the Quarter awards and made our Million Dollar Club 4 years running. Congrats, Tracy!

Shelley joined the Creative Sign team in 2022 as the Assistant to the Director of Operations and moved to the Inside Sales team in 2023. When her predecessor retired 2024, she was offered her current post, gaining office and accounting responsibilities and serving as the face of Creative Sign at our front desk.

Harley joined the Creative Sign team in 2020 and was promoted to a lead installer when he obtained his CDL in 2022. He was given the responsibility of operating the largest vehicle in our fleet, our new 85’ install truck, in 2024.

Kelli has been helping businesses get amazing signage for 29 years, but it wasn’t until January of 2011 that Creative Sign Owner Todd Thomas was finally able to get her to join the Creative Sign family. Kelli’s impact to the company was immediately felt, as her over 18 million in sales over 13 years required Creative Sign to hire across all departments.
