Heather joined the Creative Sign as a member of production in April of 2016, bringing with her knowledge of ADA, routing, and more. She transitioned to Project Management to assist with wholesale and ADA customers, and when help was needed in order processing, she took up the call. Through her different posts at Creative, Heather has tackled each new challenge with enthusiasm and a drive to be of service to the team.

Shawna joined the Creative Sign team in 2020 and was promoted to Director of ADA in 2022. Her team executes a variety of ADA signage projects that get installed here in Wisconsin or shipped all over the country.

Kelli has been helping businesses get amazing signage for 29 years, but it wasn’t until January of 2011 that Creative Sign Owner Todd Thomas was finally able to get her to join the Creative Sign family. Kelli’s impact to the company was immediately felt, as her over 18 million in sales over 13 years required Creative Sign to hire across all departments.

We’re so excited to announce that our Creative Sign team had a personal best in this year’s Wisconsin Sign Association Design Awards! We took home 12 total awards.

Creative Sign swept the Vehicle Graphics category, winning 1st, 2nd, and 3rdPlace!
