Celebrating 20 Years of Customer Relationships
This July marks 20 years since Todd purchased Creative Sign, and the Sign Nerds are excited to celebrate 20 years of customer relationships.
The below video shows just some of the amazing customers we’ve had the privilege to serve over the last 20 years, but we’d like to thank ALL of the customers that have put their trust in Creative Sign!
In 2003, the majority of our projects were semi-truck lettering. Slowly but surely, Todd built up our customer base by building up our reputation for taking care of our customers. He stood behind his team and product by offering a better warranty than the competition.
By 2011, Todd brought Sign Consultant Kelli Lax on board, and with her, a whole new level of customer. Projects like the Menominee Casino and Oneida Casino pylons showed off our in-house fabrication skills, and amazing customers like Subway and Goodwill Industries brought us so much repeat work that we needed to expand our team to accommodate all the interior and exterior signage, window and wall graphics, channel letters, and vehicle wraps we were doing.
As our family of Sign Consultants and Project Managers have grown, the list of excellent customer relationships we are fortunate enough to maintain has grown dramatically. Again, thank you to each and every one of you that has put your trust in our Creative Sign team for your signage needs! You have made us what we are today!

Celebrating 20 Years of Nationwide Impact
This July marks 20 years since Todd purchased Creative Sign, and the Sign Nerds are excited to celebrate 20 years of nationwide impact.
In 2012, Creative Sign added an ADA (American with Disabilities Act) Department. We began to manufacture and ship ADA compliant signs all over the country (and beyond) with ease.
Showing off our products and capabilities at our booth at the 2019 ISA (International Sign Association) Expo introduced us to so many companies across the nation in need of quality, affordable signage. As our relationships with other sign companies, construction companies and design firms have grown, we’ve shipped everything from large monuments and pylon signs to small ADA signs and nameplates out of state.
Creative Sign now has signs in 45 states and counting!

Fillable Acrylic Letters
We’ve been experimenting with some sweet signage lately and couldn’t be happier with the results. Our goal was to create a product that could be utilized as a unique statement piece for customers to fill with items relevant to their business. For example, a set of letters saying “CANDY” filled with various sweet treats. The combinations of letters, or even numbers, are endless, making the only real limitations the size and weight of whatever you fill them with.
We started with the letter A for its stable footing and bottom-heavy shape. Starbursts were the perfect choice for something small & plentiful, with the various colors forming a gradient inside the letter. Don’t be fooled by our sweet tooth though, you can put anything inside, which makes them perfect for special occasions like weddings, baby showers, or graduation parties.
If you’re curious about the construction, here’s a little information. Our channel letter department routed out pieces of clear polycarbonate and glued them together with our standard channel-bond adhesive to promote a strong grip at the seams. The construction may vary depending on the weight distribution of whatever you order, such as the letter T needing more stability so that it doesn’t fall over.
