Heather joined the Creative Sign as a member of production in April of 2016, bringing with her knowledge of ADA, routing, and more. She transitioned to Project Management to assist with wholesale and ADA customers, and when help was needed in order processing, she took up the call. Through her different posts at Creative, Heather has tackled each new challenge with enthusiasm and a drive to be of service to the team.

Shelley joined the Creative Sign team in 2022 as the Assistant to the Director of Operations and moved to the Inside Sales team in 2023.
